Since moving into our property, the staff at Peter Clarke in Stratford-upon-Avon have been brilliant. The inventory provided was the most thorough we have ever seen and they were really helpful during the move. Since then any issue we have had have been swiftly dealt with (usually in less that 24hrs) as well as taking the time to call and find out how well the issues were dealt with and asking if they can do more. We have rented several properties from different estate agents over the years... Peter Clarke is by far the most efficient and dedicated estate agents we have worked with.

I spent 18 months in a property managed by Peter Clarke. My experience as a tenant was great, the check in and check out processes were seamless. Karen is a great property manager, her email replies were always prompt as well as returning calls. She always followed up on maintenance and provided helpful advice while any work was pending.
