Run 24/7 - allowing properties to be listed and sold at any time
The modern method of online auction combines all the benefits of competitive bidding with the convenience of a digital platform. It’s a great way to attract buyers and exchange occurs faster. Whether you are selling your home (chain free), land or an investment property…. online auctions couldn’t be easier.
Buyers can place bids from anywhere, at any time, all from the comfort of their own home. It helps create a smooth, flexible experience for both buyers and sellers.
All bidders are pre-authorised and are required to put in their payment details in advance of making a bid. Successful bidders are required to make a payment immediately at the end of the auction, so you know that the buyer is committed to completing the sale.
With our online auctions, you have the choice of selling via the Traditional online method, or the Conditional online one.
The exchange occurs online immediately at the end of the auction. This method attracts cash buyers (or buyers with pre-arranged finance).
The buyer pays a deposit as part payment of the purchase price. With this immediate exchange of contracts, you benefit from the certainty that the buyer is legally committed to purchase your property / land and unable to withdraw from the sale or renegotiate the price.
You set a ‘Reserve Price’ which is your financial safety net. This means you will never sell for less than the minimum price you have set.
A reservation agreement is entered into between you and the buyer immediately at the end of the auction, with exchange occurring up to 20 days later, and completion typically up to 20 days after exchange. This method attracts additional buyers including those who require a mortgage to purchase.
