After one unsuccessful year with different estate agents, we decided to change to Peter Clarke, Leamington, and we’re so glad we did. The team did everything in their power to sell our house, whose shared driveway deterred many viewers, in a challenging market that was compounded by having a demanding buyer; they met all challenges head on. Since moving into our property, the staff at Peter Clarke in Stratford-upon-Avon have been brilliant. The inventory provided was the most thorough we have ever seen and they were really helpful during the move. Since then any issue we have had have been swiftly dealt with (usually in less that 24hrs) as well as taking the time to call and find out how well the issues were dealt with and asking if they can do more. We have rented several properties from different estate agents over the years… Peter Clarke is by far the most efficient and dedicated estate agents we have worked with.

They helped my mother when she bought her final home, and, after her death they sold the house for me with exceptional speed, advising me on the price and the best way to market the house. They dealt with boiler service, electricity certificate and all other issues which arose, which as I live abroad saved me a great deal of trouble They let you know straight away any comments from potential buyers, and have excellent negotiating skills!
