We decided to change to Peter Clarke

After one unsuccessful year with different estate agents, we decided to change to Peter Clarke, Leamington, and we're so glad we did. The team did everything in their power to sell our house, whose shared driveway deterred many viewers, in a challenging market that was compounded by having a demanding buyer; they met all challenges head on. They navigated us through the complex process in a calm, professional and patient manner. Early on we had a visit from Reneé, who looked at our house to see if there was a better way to market it, and came up with some very good ideas. This was followed by a visit from the team who really did go that extra mile to secure the sale. Every marketing avenue she knew of was utilized. She also arranged for superior new photographs to be taken so that the property was completely remarketed. In fact she could not have done more. Then there was Pav whose negotiating skills are to be admired. She remained upbeat and calm and navigated conflict with incredible good humour.

We had a number of delays in exchanging and completing but they went the extra mile to get it over the finish line, as well as dealing with our mounting frustration and reassuring us with constant communication in the last week or so.
