A catering supplies company had identified some existing out of town offices on the eastern side of Birmingham to cater for their expansion needs. We worked with them and their solicitor to amend unattractive rent estate charge terms via a deed of variation.
We also provided an RICS valuation appraisal for their Private Pension Fund provider which included advice on repair issues that required rectification.
