Acting on behalf of The South Warwickshire Primary Care NHS Trust we advised on the sale by informal tender of these former community health offices totalling 18,450 sq ft on 1.15 acres. An unconditional sale was subsequently agreed and the site was eventually redeveloped for retirement apartments by McCarthy and Stone.
