We recently bought a property in Leamington Spa which had been on the market with Peter Clarke. The whole team at Peter Clarke were by far the most efficient, professional, supportive and friendly estate agents that we’ve ever been involved with. Our purchase proved to have more problems associated with it than we had expected but the team worked with us and our solicitor to expedite our purchase which was ultimately successful. We can’t rate the Leamington Peter Clarke team highly enough. From the first viewing to moving in, the team at Peter Clarke was fantastic. We had an 'interesting' time selling our house, but we were so glad that we chose Peter Clarke in Leamington who helped deal with some of the problems we had. The team at Peter Clarke eventually sold our flat in the very tricky period when sales were regularly falling through. His cool, calm, very professional manner got us there in the end. We liked his approach and style to selling as did two other neighbours who also switched to him when their agents were just not getting it right. Excellent communications too!
