Nick Martiny Roberts

Nick Martiny Roberts is Managing Director at Peter Clarke in association with Winkworth, where he is responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance of the combined business across South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds.

A native Londoner, Nick founded Winkworth Leamington Spa in 2024, building the business from a cold start into one of the area’s leading prime residential agencies. His approach combines the reach and marketing strength of a national network with a highly personal, service-led ethos, underpinned by a strong belief in integrity and treating every client with respect.

Nick began his career in London, holding roles at both Marsh & Parsons and Winkworth, before moving into Prop Tech and residential development where he worked in leadership positions delivering and marketing new homes schemes. He holds a degree in Real Estate Agency & Marketing from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, and a Master’s degree from the University of Westminster, where he specialised in consumer behaviour within the prime property market.

Outside of work, Nick is a keen field sportsman and high-altitude mountaineer, having undertaken expeditions across Nepal, Pakistan and South America, including the successful British expedition to Kanchenjunga (the worlds third highest mountain) in 2022. He also enjoys travelling and exploring with his partner, Ruth.
