Wellesbourne is a pleasant village, located around seven miles south of Warwick and five miles east of Stratford-upon-Avon. It has good local amenities of a doctor’s surgery, vet, florist, optician, primary school, several pubs and sports clubs, and convenience shops for everyday needs. There is lots of new housing and it’s an excellent small commuter village with its proximity to Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, the M40 (London) and A46 (Coventry).
Rail links are good with the mainline rail station at Warwick Parkway, (London Marylebone from 76 minutes and trains to Birmingham from 20 minutes).
